The Calm Comeback
A 4 week course exploring 4 different techniques to calm the mind and nervous system. Take back control of your mind so you can enjoy your life fully again. This course will cover different practices to enable you to reduce your stress and anxiety so you can be more relaxed and at ease through your day.
When we can calm the nervous system we sleep better, we feel more in control, not so easily triggered.
We move towards flourishing, not just coping.
In this supportive group environment we will cover relaxation, meditation, breathing and lifestyle strategies.
When: Mondays 7.30 – 9pm, starts October 11th
